i have an amazing recipe for choco chip cookies that i got in sem, i have already made it quite a few times. they come out nice and chewy, just the way they should be! the only potchke is once all the ingredients are together in the mixing bowl, mixing them can be quite a task, cuz it gets very crummy. but other than that, it’s great and they only take 8 min. in the oven!!!! i can look up the recipe tomorrow.
