In my experience, “no iron” means just that IF AND ONLY IF you treat the shirts properly- as in, wash according to the directions, and hang them up in the closet. If you’re going to throw them in a heap on the floor, or crumple them in your going-away-for-Shabbos bag, then you bet you’re gonna need to iron them!
