I will try to say only what is absolutely neccessary for a full day in the z’chus of Yehuda Ben Ita Esther (almost complete silence). This of course includes a 24 hour period of no loshen hara. I am able to do this more easily today because I am away at a kempeturin home and do not have my usual daily tests.
