1) do you like to draw? that takes time and when you’re finally done, you have a beautiful masterpiece (maybe)!
2) you could do puzzles and when you’re done, have them put in frames and hang them up!
3) if you have pictures that aren’t in photo album yets, you can make a scrapbook!
4) you could make lanyard key-chains or friendship bracelets for sick children!
