Not every certified life coach is really qualified in being an actual life coach, you should seek someone who is a little older and has actual life experience as opposed to some young shnook that did a course.
This is common sense and goes without saying, although I find that many times stuff that are should be common sense somehow isn’t so common as the saying goes.
