Regular exercise boosts serotonin, a natural mood enhancer.

Some studies show that taking omega-3 helps boost mood.

Writing in a journal and meditating have helped some improve their mood as well.

Other posters will have suggestions as well.

If none of the suggestions work, you might want to consider being evaluated for dysthymia.
