A smaller shul where the people are really welcoming and looking to grow and are non-judgmental. A shul that welcomes everyone, yet has a very frum core. Nigunim, not chazzanus. A place where davening means something and people want to connect with Hash-em, but they won’t yell at people or give them dirty looks if they can’t get their kids to be quiet…..a rav who’s reachable and wants to connect.
