golden, if I were you I would ignore it and not click anything they tell you to do because sometimes a virus comes up mimicking your anti virus software but once you click that popup to fix the virus THEN you become infected.
If you’re really worried, do a virus scan and see if anything pops up then. If the cr thing pop ups then, then it’s another story.
