golden, how about the school assigning seforim that are not available. for the second year in a row we had to run around to a bunch of different seforim stores because no one had the exact version of the sefer the Rebbi wanted. If the schools know they will be assigning specific versions of seforim they need to either sell them or make sure some stores are well stocked with what they want and let the parents know where to buy it. I know for a fact I was not the only one having a hard time with this.
