(If it’s not too late…) How about the conflict that was reported at Yeshivas Ponovicz regarding who has the right to a particular chair in the bais medrash? One side claims it’s theirs, as they’ve occupied the seat for many years, the other side claims it’s theirs, as they owned it prior to the first family’s “ownership”.
