Totally wrong! The body can handle upto 4000 mg a day of Acetaminophen. Now take a weak Narc like codeine, the body can only handle about 240 mg per day. What you mean is that the way the Pharm companies combine the Narc with the Acetaminophen, you can easily max out on the acetaminophen before you max out on the Narc. For some reason the way they make these pills even though the Narc usually has sliding doses, they always put a lot of Non-narc even with the lower dose Narc pills.
