Queens College has Kosher food at most events, there is a Kosher Cafe and other Kosher food available.
The Professors are also more open to issues relating to jewish holidays like no exams during Sukkoth.
Queens College also accepts some credits from yeshiva in Israel as college credits
I am sure Brooklyn is similar, but since I went to Queens I can vouch for it better
