well there was one guy arrested in israel last week or something and now this arrest in germany. the bochurim in japan had a legitimate excuse because the matter wasnt so widely publicized. but they were the watershed on this matter…EVERYONE knew about it what with the pidyon shvuyim campaigns and whatnot…how can there be anexcuse “oh i didnt know” thats still valid?!
