chani anyone w a hanicap dot permit is alowed up to 8 cars under that one person for example if a mother gets aproved she can have her car and 7 of her kids with a hanicap permit
hatzolah can get a ticket even w the peermit in the window and if they can not proff they were on a call infront of that house they will have to pay the ticket (if ofcourse they get one)
