The Baal Haturim on 12:2 says that the three fold bracha is kneged the 3 brachas of bircas kohanim ,and on the word mevarehchacha there is 3 tagin(crown-lets) on the letter kaf(looked in a tikun didn’t see it,not sure how it works)the 3 tagin * kaf(20) = 60,there are 60 letters in the priestly blessings.
