We received an email asking us how much money can actually be raised this way. I think the answer is quite illuminating, so I’ll be writing it here as well:

A lot! Search Engines have an ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) of $9-$18. There are approximately 8 million orthodox Jews today. If we can get just one percent of them to use Yiddleit as their primary search engine, we will be raising at least $60,000 a month, or $720,000 a year! Just multiply by that number for scenarios of more than one percent. All this without anyone having had to donate one penny!
