This means that even if a cheeseburger melted on a ??? ??? would be chemically identical to one heated directly on the fire, the first would only be ???? ?????? while the second would be ???? ?????. The first is chemically cooked, but not in the manner that the Torah dictated. Would you allow a laboratory test to change this Halacha too?
