There are plenty of usabilty issues with this site:
No search functionality.
No link to older posts.
Broken RSS feed.
Some functions require logging in to a seperate login page.
No funtionality to contact a moderator or report a post.
Links aren’t allowed but are created automatically (even mailto links).
Sometimes I think these are done purposely to give experianced users an edge.
