Firstly, the wrist bands do not work and i am saying this from experience. A sibling of mine tried it out numerous times, although it never seemed to do anything. I suffer from this to, so your not alone. I do have some encouragement since my sister who had really bad case, she used to always throw up, is now enjoying crazy roller coasters , since somehow she out grew it.
