I have heard of the powerful segula to be oleh for this Haftora on Rosh Hashana, being an incredibly auspicious time when Hashem hears the tefillos of childless couples. I have also heard of davening when lighting Shabbos candles. But I have never heard of the segula of reciting the Rosh Hashana Haftora when lighting Shabbos candles. Interesting.
