noitallmr: It is the fact that by telling the trick it ruins the tricks making the trick no longer a trick. The question is can this be considered ruining the livlihood of other magicians since they no longer can use this trick and if you tell enough tricks they will soon run out of them and not be able to be magicians (Of course you can just blame it on the economy if you want 😉
