To princess eagle, there are many websites out there that offer free teaching ideas from other teachers. Also, chinuch.org has a communitty forum where teachers can discuss various educational topics such as classroom management, curriculum etc. Chinuch.org as well as other jewish (that were mentioned in the chinuch.org forum) already have judaica powerpoints and smartboard lessons.

I also like your idea about incorporating the teaching standards into the website, maybe corresponding them to the teaching ideas.

Another idea I had was to make a frum social network site for students and teachers to connect with fellow students and teachers. Students would connect to fellow students for homework help, or class projects and teachers would connect to fellow teachers for ideas and tips. Students and teachers would also be able to connect if they need homework help from a teacher.
