They ‘teach’ Gemara in Yeshiva so that Bochurim should be able to learn it when they get older. Navi is something that they will be able learn, anyhow. They learn Navi with girls for the Hashkafa it teaches and to appriciate Torah and to give a sense of what Yiddishkeit is. Also, they will not learn it on their own.
