The legislation passed the Arizona Senate but not the House yet. It was intended to stop people harassing another person. But it was written too broadly. It was realized after the Senate passed it but before it went to the Governor. So they are reworking the language to remove anti-trolling before they pass it and send it to the Governor to sign into law.
