Thanks Soliek for explanation, I’ll also add a small story, when some TV program ran e serious of exposing people active in very indecent activity, (don’t wanna go into details), and they operated with an organiztion booby trapping those criminals, having them arrested on the spot by hiding police officers, and then showing the entire episode on live TV, dozens of people showed up to those “spots”, bringing shame and agony upon themselves, at one occassion a so called “Rabbi” showed up to one of the “spots”, this conservative Rabbi with no skull cap or tzitzit on himself, was not so much for the Torah as he was for “etiqutte” and manners, dina de’malchusa etc. as he wasn’t really keeping the Torah.
