i dont think that the BMI is an accuarte indicator, it might work for some but not for all.
when i was agressive with my weight, I was skinny, the doc told me that I reached my goal, and yet i was around 10-15 pounds above the BMI,
just make sure that your fit and most importantly HEALTHY.
and remeber, each workout by itsef wont do you much, its all the workouts together that do that job.
