I agree with Fashionablee and Oomis, if it’s your car you can say something.Just a suggestion tho, when I was pregnant I was often ‘about to throw up’ and I used to carry a cinnamon stick with me. When any smell got overwhelming, I would smell the cinnamon and it would go away. (My first pregnancy I had to carry around toothpaste cuz only that would work, but only pregnant women can get away with that 🙂
