Rabbi Zev Leff shlita is another who says you can copy if you would certainly have not otherwise have purchased it. He says various poskim pasken like this. He states “Zeh Nehene V’ zeh Lo Chaser”. So, clearly, even if you find other shittos forbidding, there are strong shittos and halachic reasoning that permit that can be relied upon.
