I use the soy pasta from Pomegranate. It is called “Tofu Shirataki”. It has 40 calories & 6 gr carbs for the bag. Rinse tofu pasta and chop into small pieces. Boil for about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let sit in water with about 2 tbs lemon juice (to get rid of the tofu odor)
It is great as baked ziti or macaroni & cheese. Best of all, it needs minimum prep.
Would you consider eating vegetable soups? They’re really low calorie & fill you up.
