way to go!!! 40 lbs??? thats AWESOME!!! so being that my family does keep chalav yisrael, i dont think this would be an option for me (unless i could get a heter) but seriously, 20 grams of protien? you can’t beat that!!! i was drinking whey in the mornings and my endocrinologist was happy with that but i have this really big problem that if i have the same thing every single day in the morning i start not liking it anymore….same goes with lunch and dinner…..i feel like i dont have enough variaty! oh well, that should be my biggest problem 🙂
