“What – are you nuts?” I think with phones people do much more Issurim than with the Internet. (I’m not talking about driving & talking – which is a separate Issur.) Most phone convos are just Shmoozing with friends, not making appts. or other important things. Very often the conversation leads to talking about others. This talking about others is usually LH, even if you don’t realize it.
