Where are you leaving from?
Met Life stadium was made to host 90,000+ people at a time and there is ample parking available for football games. I assume that all parking will be open for this event. Many busses leave from Port Authority towards the area of the stadium, log onto the PA site and get info. NJ Transit rail also stops in Secaucus but I don’t think it gets close enough to the stadium to walk (I may be wrong. This info is verifiable from the NJ Transit site as well.)
