sam2, AviK and others- In another thread (the one about hatikvah) I mentione the Ramban in sefer hamitzvos.He absolutely believes that Eretz Yisroel has kedusah always and that it is great mitzvah to build eretz yisroel and to take it away from the gentiles. (Mitzvah 4 in the Ramban,s count after the Rambam)
