Iced, cuz we have trees, grass, backyards and we actually know our neighbors. I think prices of houses range from 400-500K upwards. also depends where you look. by the park its more expensive; Clifton/other side of main I believe is cheaper.
Passaic has a mix of types here and its a slower pace. I grew up here so for me its where I live; I don’t know the reason ppl move here specifically over other places
