I have a non-stick grill pan that I use ALL the time for chicken, the easiest way to clean, is to fill it with water (half way)and squeeze some dish-washing soap (dawn, fairy)in the pan add a tablespoon or two of baking soda, boil it up, watch it so that it doesn’t go over the pan. Wait till it cools down and wash it out. It comes clean as new. If u ever burn a pot, boil it up with baking soda, cleans it very nicely.
