I’m not arguing with someone who is intimating that every get issued in the state of New York is passul. You’ve done this in the past and, no doubt, will continue to do so in the future. However, I am not getting involved in this debate. And so I reiterate my advice:
If you feel this is a concern for a shidduch that you or someone you know is involved in, contact the Beis Din which issued the get and your local Orthodox rabbi and follow their advice.
Period. Full stop.
