It’s not so clear in that story who was in the Wrong. It was again in the news a few months ago. It seems in that story that the driver started up and the Bachurim responded in kind. They probably should have left her comments alone and then reported her later on.

While in this incident, even though I wasn’t on the bus -it was just the kids and the driver -noone else, there doesn’t seem to be any claim against the bus driver. It just looks like a bunch of kids behaving so badly and refusing to calm down that it was impossible for her to continue driving with the requirement that the driver has of a safe operation of the bus.
