bpt, if you’re not going through it, or are the type of person who doesn’t really want a large family then you can’t understand it, and you are lucky. It is a constant and I do mean a day by day minute by minute avodah of working on being “sameach b’chelko” which is easy to say but not so easy to do when you really don’t feel it. It is not the hardest nisayon, I know that there are many worse things, but it is hard on a personal level to the people going through it, so maybe if you are lucky enough to not have this nisayon, at least keep your thoughts to yourself.
