True akuperma, hereditary infertility sounds like an oxymoron or a logical impossibility. But there are in fact inherited syndromes that do decrease fertility in both males and females. I am hardly pretending to be an expert on these problems, and it would seem none of the other posters know much about them either. MomX wisely suggested that the OP speak to her ob gyn or family doctor. I’m not sure why there is so much offense taken at the suggestion that someone educate themselves a little before making a decision regarding a shidduch.
