Many years ago I had a job I absolutely hated – it was not a good fit for me at all. I had to work very hard to psych myself to go and to get through each day.
The boss had us fill out the Myers-Briggs for ourselves and for each other. It was pretty eye-opening for me – they had me pegged as a super-outgoing type (I don’t remember the letters) and I mostly just wanted to hide in a closet all the time. They literally looked at me like they thought I was nuts. I guess I was trying too hard…??
