The very fact the Bais din is Onesh people to sell cheap, and is willing to change Halacha to be Maikel for Hafsed & expensive prices (Rabban Gamliel by Kinim) shows something about the outlook of the Torah regarding both capitalism & communism. It doesn’t hold of either. More so, Bais din would force and embarrass someone to work to support his children.
