Purplicious:- To me this description sounds like Kisslev 9th, or perhaps Sivvon 9th, if counting the months from Rosh haShono.
Tuesday this week being Shevot 11th, is the Jewish 11/11, but clearly Tuesday of Beshalach is not every year, 11/11.
But more pertinently, why isn’t this Seguloh on Thursday of the week of BeShalch? since Parshas haMon commences in Parshas Chamishi of Beshalach.
