The cheapest way to do it is to go through a RIJS (rechtschaffen istitute of judaic studies) where there are no live or recorded classes (except two or three), so it’s all self study, but every 3 credits is only $200. There is only a few degrees you can get from them, but it’s worth a try. rechtijs.org (or .com?)
