WIY- maybe he/she opened it without looking at the name, and then was too embarrassed to own up to it. He/She left it by the door to make sure you get it without having to face you. Look at the bright side- at least it’s not bh18’s neighbor stealing it… I have a non-jewish neighbor that can’t keep any tenants for too long because he goes through their mail and their trash. Don’t ask me what he’s looking for…
