To all those being mistreated,
I’d simply say to the person involved -that I believe you took my mail or opened it and IF it ever happens again -I want you to know that it’s a federal crime and I will report it.
Whether you report it or not is up to you, but 9 times out 10 if you say it seriously enough – if won’t ever happen again.
