Reply To: Lawsuit against Williamsburg stores dress code

Sounds to me like an excellent opportunity for the “plaintiff-bar” to sue for deliberate deprivation of civil rights under color of law (which might explain why the case last year attracted a major firm anxious to protect civil rights).
