10 ounces of chick peas
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
3 Tablespoons of plain yogurt or toffuti
2 Tablespoons of water
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
1 scallion, sliced
1 minced garlic clove
Process beans and sesame seeds, then add rest of ingredients and blend till smooth.
