Why not just eat kitniyot for the week before Pesach? You can make it in your Pesach post, and eat it on your Pesach dishes.

and likewise utilize Egg Matzo as a staple during the week before Pesach, maybe to spread cream cheese & jam, and recite Mezonos, and on Shabbos haGodol, after a kezyis/Beitzo of bread in a corner, continue onto a Kosher lePesach meal, which too can be suplemented by egg Matzo.

Furthermore, you shall thereby have Mezonos in the house immediately after Pesach, when these egg Matzos can again be consumed, and they can be owned/possessed during Pesach.
