I am listening to a whole presentation of the Kuntres haSfekot on tefisa and chazaka now, making my way through R’ Sobolofsky’s explanation of the stira between Rashba and Tosfos in Kesuvos 19 and 22 on the relationship between chazaka meikara and amiras bari.
