“the news reported she was breathing weakly. You don’t do CPR on someone who is alive/breathing. (I was taught that by my CPR teacher every year) so I find the whole thing confusing.”
According to my first aid and cpr book you do do rescue breathing for someone who’s breathing isn’t proper. No compressions, but breathing yes. If she had a mask she should have helped…
